Terms of Service

By purchasing any artwork from me, you automatically agree to these following terms. Please read carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not correspond with my terms of service.Process
○ When ordering a commission from me you are required to fill out a form. This lets me know all about your character and what you want them to be doing, and the type of commission you would like.○ Once your commssion is approved, I will sketch out your commission before contacting. Until approved, I will send you a payment request / Link to send through the payment.○ You may ask for work in progress at any time.○ Upon compeletion I will send the full resolution Image to your email (unless commissioned via discord), and post the piece on my socials. If wished to kept private please let me know beforehand, as I will not post the piece publicly or with permission of the commissioner to not be tagged in the posts.○ You may not order a commission if a character doesn't belong to you, unless you have gotten permission to use this character from a friend or relative.What I will do
• OCs and fanart
• Ferals
• Slight - medium goreWhat I won't do
• Explicit nudity or anything sexual (NSFW)
• Racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, etc.
• Anthros / Furries
• MachineryPayment
○ My currency is in AUD, I'm Australian. However I use USD on my prices board as well to help you in the long run. When sending payment via Paypal please ensure it matches the total I give you In AUD.You can use this converter if you need help,
as well as talk to me!!○ All payments via Paypal only.○ After Sketch is approved by commissioner, payment will be requested via Paypal.○ I will postpone the commissions until full payment is sent through unless requested to be canceled.○ I have a timelimit of up to a month to recieve payment however if payment is not recieved within this timelimit, the commission will be cancelled.○ I am not willing to negotiate prices.○ You can request a refund at anytime, however if I've completed the lineart. Payment is not refundable. This also applies to if the piece is finished. I will not accept refunds.○ After you send payment please send a screenshot as proof just so I can double check if anything has happened.Additional Prices
When talking additional prices, It's more so the complexity in a character. Character complexity can range from each character and prices when it comes to my commissions.If you're unsure what additional prices may be included for your character you can always dm me for a quote! I can let you know if your character applies to the addtional payment for complex characters.
Payments will add up if your character fits into each section, here's what you need to look out for in your own character to see if complexity in a character will be applied when payment is required.○ VERY Dark and light characters - Moslty characters who have a darker or lighter colour palette, meaning characters who's markings are hard to see.○ Characters who have complex markings (Ticking applies), tattoos, or many scars. etc etc.○ Lots of accessories, such as; Body is covered in flowers, jewellery etc. Keyword is covered, this doesn't apply to characters who have one or two leaves.○ A lot of fur, this doesnt apply to the generic fluffy character. I mean long fur, long hair, lots of ruffles/feathers.To put it simply if it may be still confusing, here is a small price sheet.Markings
